I Put Windows on an External Drive and it won't boot.

I have it all installed, it booted when the drive was internal, but it won't boot through usb, it will go through all the animations and screens, but right before login the screen flashes blue, with white text, (not the usual blue screen that windows is famous for) and my mac just chimes again and boots into OS X. Please help.
